Talent Barber Dies Thursday

Thomas Jefferson Shaver who lived at 11 B street passed away Thursday morning.

Mr. Shaver was born November 21, 1867 at St. Joseph, Mo.  He had been in the barber business in Talent, although he made his home in Ashland.  He had lived in this city for three years.

The deceased is survived by twelve brothers and sisters, living in the middle-west ; three nephews, W. W. Shaver and C. V. Shaver of Ashland and C. A. Shaver of Grants Pass; and one sister-in-law in Ashland, Mrs. C. D. Shaver.

Funeral services will be announced later by the J. P. Dodge and Sons Funeral chapel.  Burial will be made at Gold Hill.
